Brand Ambassador

About The Role:

The Brand Ambassador is the community-facing representative of the company, responsible for enhancing local presence, fostering positive relationships, and driving business growth through strategic community involvement and local partnerships. This role is pivotal in humanizing the brand and becoming a trusted name for residential HVAC services in the local area.

What You'll Do:

Community Engagement & Events: Organize, attend, and manage a variety of local events, including trade shows, community festivals, and workshops, to promote services and build brand awareness.
Local Partnerships & Business Development: Proactively identify, cultivate, and manage strategic referral partnerships with complementary local businesses and professionals (e.g., plumbers, real estate agents, home improvement stores, property managers).
Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Engage with potential customers face-to-face, educate them about the company's services, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments for sales consultants or technicians.
Content & Social Media Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate local- focused content, post on community social media platforms (like neighborhood groups), and monitor online engagement to ensure positive brand image.
Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer and partner feedback, track preferences, and report on event outcomes, lead conversion rates, and campaign performance using CRM (customer relationship management) systems or tracking tools.
Brand Advocacy: Serve as a positive, professional, and enthusiastic representative of the brand, embodying company values and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in brand activation, community outreach, sales, or event marketing.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
Networking Abilities: A natural ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with people and local businesses.
Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple calendars, coordinate events, and work independently.
Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various community events and partner locations.
Flexibility: The willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays for events.

Preferred

Education: A degree or coursework in marketing, communications, or public relations is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the home services or HVAC industry is beneficial.
Tech Proficiency: Experience using social media platforms for business and familiarity with CRM software is desired.
